By using Fuzzbucket, you acknowledge that we process information as described here. If you use Fuzzbucket on behalf of a company, brand, client, or workspace, you are responsible for making sure you have the authority to provide that information and connect those accounts.

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, account credentials, workspace details, support messages, billing-related records when billing is enabled, and preferences you set in the product.

We also process the content you create, upload, import, or generate in Fuzzbucket, including brand profiles, project data, prompts, instructions, creative drafts, captions, media files, generated assets, approvals, publishing settings, and analytics views.

When you use the service, we may collect technical and usage information such as device and browser information, IP address, approximate location inferred from technical signals, pages visited, feature usage, logs, diagnostics, error reports, and security events.

If you choose to connect Meta products, including Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts, or Threads profiles, Fuzzbucket processes the account and permission data needed to provide the integration. This may include account identifiers, usernames, display names, page or profile IDs, connected publishing targets, granted scopes, connection status, encrypted access tokens, token metadata, and related technical records.

When you ask Fuzzbucket to distribute content, we process the post text, links, media URLs, scheduled times, source project or asset references, publishing jobs, external post IDs, external post URLs, status updates, provider responses, error details, and records of actions such as posting, editing, deleting, canceling, or reconnecting.

When you request analytics or insights, we may retrieve and store analytics snapshots associated with connected targets or posts, such as engagement, reach, impressions, follower, performance, or other metrics made available by the connected platform.

We use Meta platform data only to provide and improve the social account connection, publishing, post management, analytics, security, support, and compliance features you request. We do not sell Meta platform data, use it for surveillance, or use it to build unrelated user profiles.

We use information to create and secure accounts, authenticate users, operate workspaces, generate and manage marketing content, connect social channels, publish or modify posts at your direction, retrieve analytics, provide support, communicate with you, process payments when applicable, and maintain the reliability and security of the service.

We may also use information to debug issues, prevent abuse, monitor product performance, develop new features, comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms, and protect Fuzzbucket, our users, and third-party platforms.

Fuzzbucket uses AI systems and related service providers to help analyze brand information, generate creative concepts, draft copy, transform assets, and assist with marketing workflows. Information you submit may be processed by those systems so we can provide the requested output.

You should avoid submitting confidential, regulated, or sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for your intended use of the service and you have the right to provide it.

We share information with service providers that help us operate Fuzzbucket, such as cloud hosting, storage, database, security, analytics, support, email, payment, and AI infrastructure providers. These providers are permitted to process information only as needed to provide services to us and are expected to protect it appropriately.

We share information with connected platforms, including Meta, only when needed to authenticate your connection, perform actions you request, retrieve data you request, comply with platform requirements, or maintain the integration.

We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or regulatory request, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, security, prevent fraud or abuse, enforce our terms, or complete a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide Fuzzbucket, maintain user accounts and workspaces, support requested integrations, preserve security and audit records, resolve disputes, comply with law, and enforce our agreements.

Connected social account tokens and related connection records are retained while the integration remains active or as otherwise needed for security, legal, or operational purposes. Publishing and analytics records are retained while needed to provide history, reporting, support, compliance, or product functionality.

You may disconnect connected social accounts in Fuzzbucket settings. You may also request deletion of account data, workspace data, or connected Meta platform data by following our data deletion instructions or contacting us using the details below. Some limited records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, billing, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or backup integrity.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. You can submit requests using the contact information below.

You can also control connected Meta channels by opening Fuzzbucket settings, going to Connectors, and disconnecting or reconnecting Facebook, Instagram, or Threads targets. Disconnecting a channel stops future access through that connection, but it may not automatically delete previously stored records unless deletion is requested.

Fuzzbucket and our service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you are located. When we transfer information internationally, we use appropriate safeguards where required by applicable law.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, and disclosure. These safeguards include access controls and protection of connected account credentials such as encrypted access tokens.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for limiting access to workspaces and connected social accounts to authorized people.

Fuzzbucket is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
