Yes. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the billing portal.
You can upgrade your plan and your credits will reset after the purchase is successful.
The amount shown before generation is an estimate based on the selected model and settings. Fuzzbucket reserves that amount before the provider call, then settles completed work using the provider’s actual billable usage when available or the configured model rate. If the provider reports a failed or cancelled generation before a billable result, the reservation is released instead of charged. A completed generation is still charged even if you do not use the result. Contact support if a failed generation remains charged or you have another billing issue.
Included subscription credits cost less than refill credits. When you divide the plan price by the included monthly credits, the effective rate per image or second is lower than the refill rate.
Yes. Yearly plans give you two months free and are billed once per year. One-time refill packs keep their listed price.
