How do I report a problem?

Report a problem

Collect the context support needs to investigate account, generation, workspace, publishing, or billing issues.

A useful support report describes the outcome you expected, what happened instead, and where the team can find the affected work.

Search the Help Center in your own words before escalating an unresolved problem.

Include these details

  • the email address on the Fuzzbucket account;
  • the affected brand and workspace name;
  • the approximate time the problem happened, including timezone;
  • the action you were taking;
  • the result you expected;
  • the error message or status you saw;
  • whether retrying changed the outcome.

For publishing issues, also include the connected target and job status. For generation issues, include the media type, selected model if visible, references used, and whether credits changed. For billing issues, include the plan or transaction context without sending full payment credentials.

Before retrying

Check whether the original action may still be processing. This is especially important for generation and external publishing, where an interrupted browser request does not always mean the provider stopped.

Do not repeatedly publish the same content until you know whether an earlier job succeeded. Do not share passwords, verification codes, access tokens, private keys, or full card details with support.

Contact support

Email hi@fuzzbucket.ai for account, billing, or support requests that need a written response. Use the community link in the Help Center for product discussion and general feedback.

Screenshots are useful when they show the affected state, but include the written details above so the report remains searchable and understandable.
