Account and billing

Credits and generation cost

Understand estimates, included credits, purchased top-ups, and why the final cost of a run can vary.

Last reviewed September 17, 2026

Credits represent billable model and workflow usage inside Fuzzbucket. They make different provider costs visible through one product balance.

Adjust the public generation workload estimator to compare expected credit usage.

Estimates before generation

Where the product can calculate an estimate, it shows the likely credit range before you generate. Treat it as an estimate. Longer conversations, extra reasoning, more agent steps, model choice, media duration, resolution, and provider behavior can change final usage.

Included and purchased credits

When billing is enabled for your account:

  • included subscription credits refresh with the account's monthly cycle, including on yearly plans;
  • purchased top-up credits are tracked separately;
  • top-up credits do not reset with the subscription renewal;
  • plan and billing-cycle changes can affect the included balance and timing.

Use the current Billing screen as the source of truth for the plans, balances, and purchase options available to your account. Public pricing details may change.

When the balance is low

The workspace can warn when credits are low or block a generation that requires more credits than remain. Existing brands and workspaces stay available even when new generation is unavailable.

Investigate unexpected usage

Review the model, media type, duration, run history, and usage details shown in the product. If something still looks wrong, send support the account email, workspace, approximate time, action, and expected versus observed credit change.
