Your first campaign

Turn the plan into a workspace

Create a focused production space for one campaign outcome and its assets.

Lesson 3 of 46 min

The plan defines direction. The workspace is where that direction becomes copy, media, nodes, and decisions.

Give the workspace one clear purpose

Create a workspace for a campaign or outcome, not for every thought about the brand. A useful name tells you what the team is trying to produce: “October creator launch” is clearer than “New workspace.”

Because the workspace belongs to a brand, it can begin with the relevant profile and strategic context. Add the plan objective, campaign constraints, and the first concrete deliverable to the conversation.

Start with one production question

Avoid asking for an entire multi-channel campaign in the first message. Start with a direction, concept set, script, key visual, or asset plan that can be reviewed before expensive generation begins.

Keep decisions visible

Use the conversation to explain intent and the Canvas to inspect the work. Nodes should make progress and output visible rather than hiding a long workflow behind one message.

By the end of the setup, the workspace should answer: what are we making, for whom, for which destination, and what must remain consistent?
